Part Of My Daily Vitamin Regime
Spirulina gives me energy and the green super food anti-oxidant properties help to boost my immune system. I'm doing a weight-loss plan. I'm not saying this has direct weight-loss properties. What I do want to say is that when my tired old body feels better then I do better. I move more and I feel better.
